Homegrown Rhubarb is one of my favorite vegetables.  I love the beautiful heart shaped leaves and rosy red stems on the plant.  My lovingly maintained rhubarb is over 40 years old!.  The flavor is divine and it continues to provide tasty delights every single year.  Check out my rhubarb recipes!
