Imagine sipping a glass of Homemade Apple Spice Liqueur in front of a cozy fire.  Whether in cool fall air or with snowflakes drifting, the spicy warmth of your drink will bring a smile to your face.  The flavors in Apple Spice Liqueur are like drinking a glass of autumn.  Crisp apples picked from orchards with natural tannins combined with baking spice flavors, brandy and rum create a world class sipping spirit . The local apples are ripe so my passion for mixology is on the move.

Homemade Apple Brandy is straight Americana.  It was made in America long before there was a United States.  History tells us Abraham Lincoln and George Washington enjoyed the drink in local taverns. The first commercial distillery in America, Laird & Company which opened in the 1700’s, was and still is making apple brandy and applejack.  Definitely one of United State’s original spirits. Let’s add some rum, personalize those spices and create our own version of a historic liqueur.

With my love of food preservation including canning, dehydrating, freezing and fermenting,  designing liqueurs with fresh fruit is right up my alley.  Homemade Apple Spice Liqueur is a family pleasure but will make fantastic gifts to delight your friends.  Enjoy the taste of autumn all year round.
